Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Data Entry will be responsible for all data entry operations and daily procedures for the undergraduate women’s college.  

Education, Experience, And Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Interpersonal ,written and verbal communication skills
  3. Professional
  4. Strong organizational skills
  5. Attention to detail
  6. Reliable and dependable
  7. Displays personal initiative, creativity, and problem solving skills
  8. Ability to work independently and with others

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Work in Jenzabar
  2. Assist the admissions counselors with contact management for prospective students
  3. Coordinate all mailings that go to prospective students
  4. Responsibility for data entry for all prospective students that express an interest in Columbia College
  5. Work closely with all departments on campus
