Our Mission

The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources serves as a bridge between Columbia College students and the greater community. We seek to foster a campus environment that embraces diversity and multiculturalism and to assist students in securing the community resources they need to be successful.

What We Do

The Office of MA&CR provides support for Columbia College's international students  through exciting programs & trips, new student orientation, academic advisement, I-20 management, and assistance with securing practical field experiences. To get more information about being an international student at Columbia College click here.

Columbia College's Office of Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources sponsors several programs each year to help students better understand and appreciate some of the unique cultures found in society. Additional diversity activities and trainings are available upon request.

Students are also encouraged to contact the Office of MA&CR to schedule an appointment if they need help learning about or getting connected to resources in the community. To find out more about Community Resources please click here.
