Business

At Columbia College, students within the Division of Business, Mathematics and Sciences receive exceptional training in business and leadership, combined with a broad liberal arts education. This valuable combination places our business graduates among the most marketable in the country.

Graduates from the business program have secured positions in Fortune 500 companies, major industries, federal, state and local governments. Many business graduates go on to pursue their masters degrees at some of the nation’s finest business schools, a task made easier by the training and education gained during their undergraduate years at Columbia College.

Our business and leadership faculty are skilled experts in areas such as management, team building, marketing, economics, small business, international business, and accounting. In addition, Columbia College routinely features guest business lecturers who are CEOs, corporate officers and presidents of regional, national and international firms.

Students also benefit from The Leadership Institute at Columbia College, a nationally-recognized program noted for its innovative approach to the promotion of leadership skills in young women.
