Exercise Your Options (and your muscles!)
Godbold Center is the place to get your heart rate up. Inside, the fitness center offers a wide array of aerobic and strength training equipment. The six outdoor tennis courts are nearby, or if you'd rather practice your free-throw technique, walk a few steps to the gymnasium. And there's three dance studios for when you're ready to bust a move.
The Fitness Center is located in the Godbold Center next to the tennis courts. The equipment features treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, free weights, and multiple Nautilus strength machines.

Humphries Fitness Trail
Follow the purple koala tracks! The fitness trail is a walking/running circuit around campus that is roughly two miles in total length. It is marked with koala tracks to make it easy to follow the winding route. Click here for a map.
The Wellness Program
The mission of the Columbia College wellness program, coordinated by Dr. Richard Krejci, is to empower members of the campus community to make proactive and responsible choices regarding their health through opportunities promoting social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
Classes and More
Group fitness classes such as body sculpting, aerobics, dance, yoga, and/or pilates may also be offered each semester by The Wellness Program for a minimal fee. T-shirts, shorts, dynabands, towels, and other incentives are offered for regular attendance in these classes.
There are leadership opportunities for students who may wish to become certified in the community in order to teach land and/or water aerobics classes. Certifications for First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation are offered through the PEHP program to help prepare students to teach aerobics classes.
Special events or other fitness/wellness programs may be offered on occasion. Examples may include fitness challenges, health fairs, anger management classes, intramural events, stress reduction programs, etc. Special events and programs will be advertised through campus wide emails.
