Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources

Our Mission

The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources serves as a bridge between Columbia College students and the greater community. We seek to foster a campus environment that embraces diversity and multiculturalism and to assist students in securing the community resources they need to be successful.

What We Do

The Office of MA&CR provides support for Columbia College's international students through exciting programs & trips, new student orientation, academic advisement, I-20 management, and assistance with securing practical field experiences.

Columbia College's Diversity Committee, a branch of the Office of MA&CR, sponsors several programs each year to help students better understand and appreciate some of the unique cultures found in society.

Students are also encouraged to contact the Office of MA&CR to schedule an appointment with the school's Social Worker if they need help getting connected to resources in the community.

Contact Us

The Office of Multicultural Affairs and Community Resources is located on the 2nd floor of the Harrelson Student Center in Room 210 (above the post office). Come see us!
