Profiles in Leadership is an initiative on campus to highlight examples of the Four Cs in lives of students on campus and beyond. Its purpose is to publicize the individual stories of students who demonstrate courage, commitment, confidence, and competence in their personal, academic, social, and extra-curricular lives. They may be nominated for demonstrating all four Cs or for a special display on one C in particular.
As a result of their nomination, students are invited to share their story during full length individual interviews. The interviews are used to profile stories of leadership with the campus community and may be used on the Columbia College website or in other venues. In addition, interviewed students receive a special 4Cs lapel pin and VIP invitations to several special events held on campus.
Nominations are accepted on an on-going basis.
