Am I Eligible for the Associate's 2 Bachelor's Program?
Columbia College offers students who already have an Associate's degree the ability to complete some undergraduate degrees at our partnered institutions.
1. Meet our GPA Requirements
If you wish to pursue one of our A2B degree programs you must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.00 scale. You may transfer up to 90 credit hours from any regionally accredited institution.
2. Transfer in Required Courses
We require that your coursework include: an introductory English course, a science class with a lab, and an approved math course. This is to ensure your success at Columbia College.
3. Convenient Class Formats
Classes are offered in hybrid remote (one night a week via videoconference) or fully online formats. Our goal is to make the transition between your associate's and bachelor's degree as seamless as possible.

How Do I Apply?
1. Complete Your Application
You can use our online application, or you can use the Common Application. We treat all applicants the same. Creating an account is simple and straightforward. Plus, you can always take a break and come back to your application.
2. Request Your Official Transcript
Request an official copy of your transcript. Official transcripts should be sent directly from each school you've attended.
3. Submit Recommendations (optional)
Ask your high school guidance counselor to fill out our guidance counselor form and submit it. We also ask that you submit a recommendation from a teacher who taught you English, math, history, science, or a foreign language in 11th or 12th grade.
4. Share Your SAT or ACT Scores (optional)
Your SAT or ACT score is required if you are applying for a scholarship, but it is not required to apply to Columbia College. Use our school code 5117 to share your SAT scores, and use school code 3850 to share your ACT scores.

What Happens Next?
In most cases, we evaluate an application and respond with an admission decision within four weeks of receiving all the required documents. Admitted students are notified by mail and will receive follow up information about next steps, like financial aid, housing, orientation, and registration.
