Columbia College offers students who already have an Associate's degree the ability to complete some undergraduate degrees at our partnered institutions. You'll follow the same admissions steps as our traditional undergraduate students but we have additional criteria for our Associate's to Bachelor's (A2B) programs.
1. Meet our GPA Requirements
If you wish to pursue one of our A2B degree programs you must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.00 scale. You may transfer up to 90 credit hours from any regionally accredited institution.
2. Transfer in Required Courses
We require that your course work include: an introductory English course, a science class with a lab, and an approved math course. This is to ensure your success at Columbia College.
3. Decide Where to Take Your Classes
You may attend classes on campus at Columbia College in the evening, online in a hybrid style course, or at one of our partnered Technical Colleges. Our goal is to make the transition between your associate's and bachelor's degree as seamless as possible.
Partnered Technical Colleges
In order to shorten your commute, we've made it possible for you to take Columbia College courses at your local Technical College. These courses are taught by professors hand-selected by Columbia College for their dedication, expertise, and passion.
