Aisha Gallion, MM

Aisha (she/they) is a Columbia, SC native joining the Admissions team as an Online Admissions Counselor. Her higher ed journey began as a student at the College of Charleston, where she majored in Anthropology and African American Studies and worked a couple of on-campus jobs. Along the way, she pursued a Master of Music in Musicology at Florida State University. She considers herself to be a lifelong learner and has always loved helping people pursue their learning goals.

While they have worked in education (Higher Ed and K-12) for years, they most recently worked as an academic advisor. They enjoyed connecting with folks from all walks of life and sharing in the joy of beginning a new chapter like college.

Outside of work, you are most likely to find her at a concert, writing about Black music(s), getting some grub, creating art, or watching a movie with her family or friends.
