Biography

I was born in the mountains of North Carolina, but was raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Theatre from Coastal Carolina University. I went on to get my Master's in Teaching from U of SC. That's where I fell in love with the Columbia area. I am so excited to work with students and support them in any way that I can!

What’s your favorite thing about living in Columbia?

One of my favorite things about living in Columbia is the strong sense of community. It has the energy and opportunities of a big city, but with the warmth and connection of a small town. I’ve loved getting involved and finding a place where I truly feel like I belong.
