Dr. Brian Dye, Ed.D.

Biography

I began working in college administration in 2006. Prior to joining Columbia College as the Director of Career Services, I worked in New Hampshire as the Director of Student Life and Director of Student Activities at Plymouth State University. I also served as the Assistant Director of Student Activities & Club Sports at Saint Anselm College, and Assistant Director of Student Involvement at Dartmouth College.

I am originally from Missouri, and earned a B.A. from Westminster College and a M.A. in Educational Leadership from University of Missouri. In 2020, I completed an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from Plymouth State University. My dissertation research examined the career readiness of college graduates.

When not working, I enjoy exploring the local area with my wife and our rescue dog, hiking, running, and paddling along the many waterways SC has to offer.
