Biography
Dr. Sheretta D. Pearson is a business scholar and practitioner specializing in project management, leadership development, and process improvement. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Saint Leo University. Dr. Pearson serves as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Leadership at Columbia College and as an Adjunct Professor at multiple institutions, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in management and global enterprise. Drawing from a strong background in healthcare management, project/program management and Six Sigma Methodologies, Dr. Pearson integrates real-world applications with academic theory to foster critical thinking and innovation in the classroom. Her research and teaching emphasize strategic problem-solving, operational excellence, and preparing the next generation of business leaders to thrive in a dynamic global marketplace.
