A native of Washington, D.C., Romanda Noble-Watson received her bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Maryland University College, and her master's in communications management from Webster University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Black College Sports Information Directors Association (BCSIDA), Female Athletic Media Relations Executives (FAME), Women Leaders in College Sports and College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), where she is a member of the Special Awards Committee. She has also served as the timeout coordinator for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Division I Women’s Tournament and has served as a member of the NCAA Women's College World Series Media Coordination Team for seven seasons.
