Biography
Heather is the APEC Field Coordinator. She obtained a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and an M. Ed. in Learning Disabilities from Francis Marion University and an M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Columbia College, she taught in South Carolina public schools for over thirty years.
