Biography
Chief Windell T. Harris has over 30 years in law enforcement. He has worked in various areas of law enforcement including community relations, youth services, narcotics, homicides, burglaries, and crimes against victims. He has also served the Columbia Community through community and sports youth programs for three decades. He is a God-fearing man and loves to read the Bible. Chief Harris is an alumnus of Benedict College with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Public Safety, Management, and Administration.
