Biography

Stephen Kneece, MA, CCC-SLP is a Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor in the Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) program at Columbia College. Mr. Kneece has 9 years of experience as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina public schools. He teaches a variety of courses, including Phonetics, Language Development, Language Disorders, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, and Clinical Observations. In addition, he supervises students during their clinical practicum semesters.

Mr. Kneece completed a B.A. in Media Arts with a minor in Music at the University of South Carolina and an M.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology at South Carolina State University. He is the Founder and CEO of Speech and Language Songs and presents locally and nationally on his primary areas of interest: augmentative and alternative communication and utilizing music in speech therapy.
